Rules
cancelaffects the current chat scope; it requests cancellation for in-flightexec, session-backed SFTP transfers, and runningjob-startwork in that scope. Laterexeccalls in that scope stay blocked untilresume.- Do not issue control commands concurrently with other Netcatty CLI commands for the same chat session.
